I write propulsive, twisty thrillers featuring morally gray characters, along with heartfelt romances about smart, strong women. Don't ask me to pick a favorite genre----that's like asking me to choose a favorite child!

I love the em dash, the Oxford comma, and the smell of libraries and bookstores.

For as long as I can remember, I've been obsessed with stories, and I'm so happy to get to share my books with you. Thanks for being here!

As a writer, I land somewhere between a plotter and a pantser. I like knowing where my story is going but find my characters often surprise me along the way!

I love long walks, especially through the bookstore. I’m a mood reader, always in search of my next read. Please send me recommendations!

Plants and flowers make me super happy. If I don't have a book in hand, you can usually find me in my garden or hiking in the Pacific Northwest.

I love watching horror and action movies, but am terrified of being asked to perform karaoke. If you want to sing, though, I’ll happily cheer you on.
