I write propulsive, twisty thrillers full of secrets, murder, and gossipy group dynamics. When not conducting highly suspicious web searches (for research!), I also write romances as Tanya Gallagher. My essays have appeared on HelloGiggles.com and Bust.com, and I've spoken about creativity on various podcasts. When I'm not writing, you can find me listening to the coyotes howl outside my Seattle-area home, drinking cinnamon tea, and chasing my two children.
